Role Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with 7+ years quota-carry experience, ideally with experience in supply chain and/or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, excellent outbound prospecting experience, and the grit/determination to succeed. This position is remote but candidates must be US-based and located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

  • Prospecting: This is a pure outbound hunting role. Must have experience building a pipeline from scratch by identifying prospects and managing outreach.
  • Consultative & Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Utilize your expertise in contract negotiation to secure transactions ranging from $150k to $2M.
  • Relationship Building: Identify the key stakeholders, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at client organizations.
  • Pipeline Management: Build your own pipeline and maintain all opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functionals including marketing, solution engineering, partnerships, and product marketing.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a hunter role, with excellent prospecting experience.
  • Proven ability of understanding supply chain operations, logistics processes, and industry challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and track progress.
