Role Description
This role involves accelerating the positive momentum of the broader sales organization while enabling the business to rapidly grow. It is an analytical, process, strategy, and leadership-focused sales role that includes:
- Reporting on recent results
- Ensuring current processes are followed
- Evolving processes as the needs of the business evolve
- Coaching and developing Account Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Accountability Key Initiatives
- Lead, manage, and continue to train Account Executives in value-based sales/buyer process
- Understand the value of Vantaca solutions to prospect problems or opportunities
- Provide guidance in closing deals
- Monitor implementation, customer adoption, and success
Success Metrics
- Closed won volume
- Percentage of reps at 80% of quota
- Close rate = 40%
- Cycle times = 60 days
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and monitor various sources of data and discuss trends from reports with the Chief Revenue Officer
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure they follow all existing processes
- Ensure Account Executives are recording all calls, emails, meetings, and tasks in our CRM, HubSpot
- Consider the effectiveness of current processes and improve them where needed
- Work closely with Account Executives to remove blockers and enable them to hit targets
- Think holistically about blockers preventing sales and work with internal stakeholders to remove them
Requirements
- Previous experience effectively managing sales teams to ensure targets are met
- Comfort working with prospects ranging from $50k in ARR to $300k in ARR
- Ability to analyze reports and determine necessary changes
- Effective communication and change management skills
- Work ethic to accommodate calls/emails at all hours
- Willingness to do whatever is needed to hit sales targets
- Experience in B2B SaaS (PropTech, Fintech, or HOA experience highly desired)
