Role Description

This role involves working within an off-headcount OEM field team position, focusing on dealer relationships and sales channel targets.

Manage the relationship with approximately 20 dealers within the northern territory.
Develop and drive the performance of Local Business Development Managers to increase SME car and van sales.

Qualifications

Experienced Manager with an automotive dealer background.
Proven track record of developing and delivering within a fast-paced and targeted environment.
Experience in prospecting techniques and supporting capabilities through training and coaching.
Experience in general performance management with the ability to create clear, achievable plans.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and personal pride in work.
Organised with meticulous planning skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
Confident working across multiple IT systems, with experience using CRM systems.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with people at all levels.
Able to present to senior leaders and large audiences, with the ability to challenge positively.
