Role Description

Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a knack for communication & persuasion? Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency and help drive new client acquisition through strategic cold outreach!

  • Cold Calling – Engage potential clients via phone, introduce services, and spark interest
  • Appointment Setting – Schedule qualified sales meetings for the sales team
  • Cold Email Campaigns – Develop & execute targeted email outreach strategies
  • Lead Research – Identify & build high-quality lists of potential clients & decision-makers
  • CRM Management – Track interactions & ensure seamless follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German & English (spoken & written)
  • Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a marketing agency)
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated & proactive – You love driving growth and making an impact
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
