Role Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the heart of creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to bring innovative, user-friendly interfaces to life.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Apply A/B testing and data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
- Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma (or other design tools).
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing & data-driven design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS) is a plus.
- Experience with UX research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Industry experience in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is a plus.
