Role Description

The mission of a Syndigo Client Expansion Account Executive is to uncover opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.

  • Prospecting and building client expansion opportunities within MM/SMB customer territory
  • Conducting needs analysis and positioning discovery questions to fully identify a client’s business objectives
  • Effectively communicating Syndigo’s value proposition to solve a customer’s unique challenges
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach to close opportunities with senior-level executives and forecast weekly when deals will be closed won in SFDC
  • Collaborating with account management, BDR, operations, and solution engineering teams as needed to facilitate pipeline development
  • Initiating introductory meetings through networking, cold calls, email, and other tools in the sales tech stack
  • Coordinating and scheduling online or onsite meetings with key decision-makers
  • Demonstrating SaaS based platform and communicating critical capabilities to differentiate our solutions
  • Negotiating and participating in pricing strategy and proposal development to drive conversion
  • Negotiating contract terms within the acceptable guidelines provided by commercial leadership
  • Developing account strategy across owned accounts in Salesforce and executing on plans to penetrate new buying centers
  • Researching key companies that fit ideal customer profiles and assembling creative outbound messaging
  • Owning and managing active pipeline in Salesforce.com
  • Achieving weekly activity KPI’s with clear goals set in Salesloft/Salesforce

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a quota carrying sales role with consistent track record of success against quota attainment
  • Extreme passion for hunting and growing customer relationships
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo
  • MEDDPICC certified or proven mastery of other sales methodology (ValueSelling, Sandler, Challenger, etc.)
  • Curiosity and interest in consumer goods, retail or eCommerce verticals is a plus
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify and open opportunities in a primarily outbound environment

  • Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
  • This position is commission eligible.
