Role Description
I'm seeking a handful of driven leaders to help my team grow. We work completely from home, we protect veteran's and their families, and we’re growing faster than ever. We’re especially seeking candidates for leadership opportunities who want to grow with us. No experience required.
What we do is pretty simple: we help families by helping them activate their permanent life insurance benefits that will protect their families on their darkest days. We only promote from within, and our hours are flexible. My team is pretty special, and I only want honest people with a will to work. I'm looking for candidates for our Leader in Training program which is designed to ensure perpetual growth within the company.
- Hold presentations with members and families daily and give them information on insurance policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective new members, determining their qualifications, needs and offering solutions/options to meet their needs and expectations.
- Follow the system we have in place that works for presenting information.
Qualifications
- Must like to help people, have fun, and enjoy interacting with new people on a regular basis.
- Must be dedicated, driven, and determined to succeed.
- You must be coachable, self-confident, and be honest.
- Must have a computer and a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedules available to work around members' work schedules and yours.
