Role Description
As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the strategic link between our clients and our internal teams. You’ll ensure client needs are met with excellence, while identifying new opportunities to grow and strengthen each partnership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a natural talent for relationship building.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients; build trust and ensure satisfaction at every stage
- Lead client onboarding, strategy alignment, and performance reviews
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
- Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring seamless communication and quick turnaround
- Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience in [industry, e.g., media, marketing, SaaS] is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM and project management tools
