Role Description
This role involves working as a Senior Account Executive within the RadScience team at Real Chemistry. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing) and sending prompt recaps to all appropriate parties.
- Coordinating resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans (e.g., creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets, hot sheets, meeting recaps).
- Learning, following, and implementing each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
- Working closely with Project Manager (PM) to ensure smooth production processes of all scopes of work.
- Reviewing timelines created by PM to ensure dates align with client SOP and needs.
- Collaborating with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations.
- Serving as the day-to-day client contact on select projects while building client relationships and debriefing regularly with Senior Account Director (Sr Acct D)/Account Director (Acct D).
- Participating in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director (Acct D).
- Writing/populating proposals/SOWs in response to client inquiries for new business.
- Driving the creation of billable job codes.
- Assisting Sr Acct D/Acct D at monthly revenue recognition meetings with insights that may inform accruals.
- Collaborating with supervisor on development of goals and working towards progress.
- Modeling essential job functions and company SOPs for junior staff.
- Contributing feedback to supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focus.
- Collaborating with new staff to help with their onboarding and training.
- Ensuring procedures are followed by all team members.
Qualifications
- Problem solver, collaborator, confident, and organized.
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively multi-task between various ongoing projects.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn from an experienced, strategically creative account and project management team.
- Maintains a professional manner in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Adept interpersonal abilities with aptitude to engage well with teams and clients.
- Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable.
- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable.
