Role Description

The PRECISION Business Development Manager role at Etraveli Group is responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives, promoting PRECISION within the travel industry, and supporting the go-to-market strategy.

PRECISION is a unique fraud prevention solution with a 100% travel DNA—built from travel to serve the travel industry. PRECISION does the heavy lifting by delivering a straightforward decision with a unique 360° approach which results in lower costs, more sales, and a smooth customer experience—so merchants can focus on growing their business.

The role reports to the Head of Business Development of PRECISION. This role is open to all of our existing European locations so the right candidate can be based in UK, Spain, Netherlands and Sweden. Depending on the candidate's location, it is a hybrid or remote position.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure a continued healthy pipeline of new business.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to live customer and beyond.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment between client needs and fintech solution offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (experience in Payments, Travel, or Fraud Prevention is a plus).
  • Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Strong interest in the travel and airline industry and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Good understanding and discipline regarding sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
