Role Description

Your primary role will be to implement an effective acquisition strategy. To do this, you'll work with a large number of incoming leads. Your ambition: to analyse the potential of prospects and qualify opportunities in order to build up your customer portfolio.

  • Work with C-level contacts to orchestrate an effective sales strategy, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Analyse needs and study projects in collaboration with in-house teams
  • Coordinate responses to calls for tender
  • Present tailored, personalised solutions
  • Draft standard contracts
  • Sign sales contracts
  • Liaise with Delivery teams to get projects off the ground
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and quality support
  • Participate in coordinated sales actions with Microsoft and maintain excellent customer knowledge to develop upsells

Qualifications

  • Significant sales experience capable of creating, managing, and developing a portfolio of key account customers
  • Ability to manage complex projects with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective team player providing the best possible customer service
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Understanding of the digital challenges facing businesses
  • Skills in selling ERP, CRM, or Data integration projects, ideally with solid knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Command of English in a professional context

Requirements

  • Securing the targeted volume of new customer logos and revenue within the business year
  • Participate in Co-Sell activities with Microsoft
  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy
