Role Description
Reporting to a Manager, Account Management, we are hiring an Account Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role as a strategic advisor, guiding our managed service and self-service clients throughout their client journey.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs
- Propose highly effective solutions, demonstrations, and user training
- Present insights and make recommendations to optimize engagement with our platform
- Collaborate across teams with sales, product, and engineers
This remote opportunity supports clients within Eastern and Central time zones across North America.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Customer Success
- Skilled at upselling, cross-selling, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience with trends and industry standards in areas like Programmatic, SaaS, and media channels
- Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites and team get-togethers
Requirements
- Ability to review and assess account performance
- Comfortable presenting and influencing key stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering client-focused solutions
