Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you’ll join the Emerging sales team and be responsible for selling Zapier’s Automation platform offerings to customers across the globe.

Drive revenue for Zapier, owning the entire sales cycle through close
Deeply understand your customers to uncover customer needs and pain points
Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative sales conversations with executives
Collaborate and work with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc. to build strategic adoption plans for customers
Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
Provide recommendations to our product teams to help influence our Enterprise roadmap

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated quota-carrying success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations at the SMB and mid-market level
Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency
Proven track record of success in closing SMB and Mid-Market software deals over $50K
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier
Ability to explain the importance of these tools in modern tech ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
Thrive in a state of ambiguity and motivated by strong personal drive
