Role Description
This role involves driving the vision and execution of Zapier Agents, our AI-powered agent product that helps users delegate work across 8000+ apps.
- Work across three product pods (Applications, Tools, and Links)
- Guide the vision, roadmap, and execution of the product
- Evolve a product delivering dynamic reasoning into something more intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build intelligent Agents that take action across Zapier’s integrations
- Translate LLM capabilities into intuitive, agent-first product experiences
- Design UX that balances autonomy with user control and trust
- Help users delegate goals, not just trigger actions
- Define and iterate on metrics that signal agent effectiveness and adoption
- Synthesize user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Experience building Agents or products that leverage LLM
- Shipped functionality or products that leverage LLM to real users
- Experienced PM with a strong technical foundation
- Multiple years of PM and/or Founder experience with a proven track record in building digital products from ideation to launch
- Self-directed and collaborative
- Skilled in prioritization, roadmap planning, and leading cross-functional teams
- Bold, pragmatic, and obsessed with results
- Skilled communicator, excelling in asynchronous communication
- Available for team meetings between 10am - 3pm ET
Requirements
- Define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Zapier Agents
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
- Be the internal expert on users and their needs
- Leverage appropriate success metrics and data to evolve strategy and roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver on goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Sales for user-facing enhancements
