Role Description

Performance Load Test Architect/Lead || Contract || Remote Position w/ occasional travel

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level experience with NeoLoad.
• Experience designing performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
• Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience developing production workload models using historical metrics.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, stress/endurance/spike/failover testing, API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• NeoLoad certification preferred.
• Azure or AWS cloud certifications preferred.
