[Hiring] Transition Manager PMO @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Transition Manager PMO to serve as a single point of contact and accountability during implementation projects. This role sits within the Cloud Transition Management team and involves managing end-to-end Cloud Infrastructure and Network delivery for newly onboarded clients, upgrades, and migrations in the Lending domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities for new, upgraded, or enhanced client platforms from contract signature to technical go-live or decommission.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to ensure timely, quality platform delivery.
• Assemble internal project teams and plan system delivery of hosted environments.
• Communicate timelines, set expectations, and ensure milestones are met.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks.
• Enable operational readiness including DR tests, backups, and monitoring coordination.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel at various stages.
• Enforce Transition Management processes and standards across all engagements.

Qualifications

• X-10 years overall experience with at least X-X years in technical project management focused on Infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with Private and Public Cloud hosting platforms (Azure / AWS).
• PMP or Prince2 Certification.
• Experience managing Cloud Hosting projects: server commission/decommission, migration, consolidation, DR planning, network and application integration.
• Strong knowledge of PMI-aligned project management methodology.
• Proficiency in project planning, control, and assurance methodologies.
• Experience working with client requirements, business objectives, and critical success factors.

Preferred Skills

• Lending or Financial Services domain background.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to multitask across small, medium, and large projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Location & Work Model

Mexico - Fully Remote. No travel required. Role is client-facing (internal and external).
