[Hiring] Technical Program Manager @Fluidstack

Role Description

We are looking for a candidate to own the network critical path for every site activation, ensuring that the network is never the reason a site goes live late. Key responsibilities include:

• Define network readiness gates, acceptance criteria, and sign-offs for site transitions from construction to production.
• Run the operating rhythm across network engineering, network operations, deployment, supply chain, and partners.
• Drive network change and incident programs to closure, tracking corrective actions and trends.
• Hold OEMs, ODMs, and deployment partners accountable to delivery commitments.
• Partner with the Principal Operations Engineer, Network, to ensure technical standards are met on schedule.
• Travel 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience running network deployment or infrastructure delivery programs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of networks, including structured cabling, optics, and carrier circuit timelines.
• Experience building activation or readiness frameworks from scratch.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, deployment, supply chain, and external partners.
• Proven track record of tracking corrective actions and vendor performance to closure.
• Strong writing skills to communicate complex delivery problems clearly.

Requirements

• Experience with hyperscale or large colocation network deployment (100k+ endpoint fabrics).
• Ownership of hardware supply chain and RMA programs (OEM, ODM, integrator).
• Program management credentials (PMP, PgMP).
• Experience with tooling and scripting for fleet-scale tracking (Python, Jira or Smartsheet automation).
