Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects and programs across our enterprise technology landscape. Initiatives may span customer-facing platforms, ERP and supply chain applications, systems integrations, data and analytics, and infrastructure.

In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners, and maintain alignment from initiation through launch. Depending on organizational needs, you may manage individual projects or a group of related workstreams.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Lead technology projects and smaller-scale programs from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain clear objectives, workplans, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
• Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consulting partners.
• Partner closely with a Business Systems Analyst or independently to gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resource constraints, escalating when appropriate.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and maintain accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Create clear status reports, decision materials, dashboards, and other program documentation.
• Contribute to consistent program management practices and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integrations, APIs, data and analytics, and technology infrastructure.
• Strong project planning, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, technical, vendor, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to build alignment, maintain momentum, and drive execution in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business systems analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives involving business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience gathering and validating business requirements when dedicated Business Analyst support is not available.
• Experience working across multiple technology domains, regions, or business functions preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.

Work environment & Collaboration

• Remote eligible position, with ability to support east coast time zone preferred.
• Regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and Europe, and occasionally Asia.
