Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will pair with an AI Product Manager, who will focus on understanding the client's current state and pain points while ideating solutions. Together, you will create meaningful business outcomes for our clients through structured execution and innovative AI solutions.
Your responsibilities include
- Client Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor during client consultations, helping to uncover their true pain points, business needs, and aspirations.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with the Product Owner to bridge the gap between client requirements and actionable solutions, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Business Insights: Assist the Product Owner in understanding key business aspects of the client's operations, including market dynamics, financial drivers, and strategic goals.
- Structured Consultations: Lead or co-lead consultations with clients, asking probing questions to open up discussions and identify deeper insights into their challenges.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, progress tracking, and the delivery of AI-based solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity in project execution.
- Clear Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and aligned.
- Resource Optimization: Prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and adjust workflows to maximize client value and operational efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of client engagements, project outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement and transparency.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting or IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in an agile environment.
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects, ideally in both startups and corporate settings.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with client objectives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to manage tight deadlines and evolving requirements.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Designer, with a strong understanding of designing and optimizing service ecosystems that meet client needs.
- Consultant experience with a focus on client-driven project delivery.
- Familiarity with AI-based software development and deployment cycles.
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
