Why This Role Matters
As a UI/UX Designer at Creai, you will be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven products. You will strongly influence product design, ensuring that our solutions are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing. This role requires a designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong foundation in UX research, design, and roll-out. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our AI-powered products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
- Conduct thorough UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs are aligned with technical requirements and business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating design rationale, and incorporating feedback into iterations.
- Roll out final designs, ensuring seamless handoff to the development team and maintaining oversight during the implementation phase to ensure design quality.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio showcasing product design work that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expertise in UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and processes clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for AI or tech-driven products is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with developers during the roll-out phase.
