Role Description
We are looking for a smart, outgoing and resourceful individual to be our next Sales Development Representative for our clients in law firms. This role presents a unique opportunity for the right sales professional, who will be the initial point of contact between Rockpoint and law offices to present our products and services and establish new long-term business relationships and partnerships.
- Obtain case information and process requests.
- Actively cross-sell products and services to clients by seeking opportunities to maximize cases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails from law firms, surgical facilities, hospitals, and doctors regarding funding processes, surgeries.
- Prepare files to submit to the Account Management team for review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case information.
- Manage and organize client intake paperwork and documentation.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and notating of clients personal details and medical histories before clients are transferred.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have prior sales experience, preferably within the legal or specifically personal injury space.
- Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and possess a strong multitasking ability.
- Must be an energetic and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.
- Should have high emotional intelligence, charisma, interpersonal skills, and the ability to read between the lines and ask the right questions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
- High level of comfort and confidence on the phone and the ability to communicate effectively through email.
- You must speak fluent English and Spanish (C1, C2, or C3).
- You must have a high-speed internet connection at your home (80 Mbps).
- Up-to-date laptop with at least 8GB RAM.
- You must have a working computer system. Two computer monitors are a plus!
