Role Description

The Site Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This position works closely with project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to help ensure project goals are achieved while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assists the Project and Site Manager and Technical Supervisor in resolving construction issues.
• Coordinates site meetings, defines agendas, and prepares minutes.
• Reviews schedules, procedures, and safety reports prepared by the Subcontractor.
• Accountable for setting the Safety Standard on the Project; must lead by example and establish productivity monitoring procedures and/or processes to assure quality of work on a progressive basis.
• Liaises with the Owner and Government officials as it pertains to the project.
• Provides knowledge of local means and methods.
• Provides knowledge of heavy equipment installation.
• Responsible for communication with the representatives of the Trade Labor Unions on and off site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• Active CA Class B General Contractors License or a Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License (Prefabricated Equipment Contractor) is essential.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the direction of construction site activities.
• Knowledge of local means and methods.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment installation.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Benefits

• Expected pay range: $21.51 to $29.58 Hourly.
• This position may be eligible for other compensation including incentive pay and/or allowances.
