Role Description

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Ingestion serves as the primary delivery owner and client-facing point of contact for a portfolio of complex, interconnected data ingestion and integration initiatives. This role independently leads programs across multiple clients, platforms, engineering teams, and operational workstreams from intake through production readiness and stabilization, with accountability for:

• Technical roadmaps
• Scope
• Schedules
• Releases
• Risks
• Dependencies
• Change control
• Governance
• Delivery outcomes

The Senior Technical Program Manager partners with data engineering, product, operations, security, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders to:

• Translate business objectives into technical program requirements
• Assess feasibility and sequencing
• Resolve cross-project issues
• Recommend delivery tradeoffs and corrective actions

This role applies strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and data integration concepts to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and deliver measurable client and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading technical programs, project portfolios, implementations, client delivery, or data integration initiatives in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated success independently leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional technical programs or portfolios.
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (Nice to have), Agile delivery, the software development lifecycle, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and enterprise project and program management tools.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, CRCR, or a comparable job-relevant certification is preferred.

• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
