[Hiring] Technical Program Manager @Domino Data Lab

Role Description

The Quality and Compliance team at Domino helps teams deliver AI software and solutions with the quality, validation, and supporting evidence that enterprise customers need. We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own quality and validation readiness across complex programs.

• Drive quality and validation programs from scoping through readiness review.
• Translate requirements into clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, FDEs, and Customer Success.
• Resolve blockers and provide teams and leadership a clear view of progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Partner with engineering and quality stakeholders to align test coverage, validation evidence, and exception handling.
• Work with the release owner to incorporate readiness into release planning and decision-making.
• Build repeatable workflows that surface quality and validation needs earlier.
• Define and improve measures of readiness, delivery predictability, and manual effort.
• Use AI and automation in everyday program work.
• Provide backup coverage for release managers as needed.
• Operate as a highly flexible and adaptable program manager across Engineering & Security when needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years in technical program management or a comparable role.
• Experience delivering complex technical programs.
• A track record of making recurring work more reliable.
• Experience navigating enterprise software delivery.
• Technical fluency and practical automation skills.
• Quality and validation judgment.
• Strong workflow and execution skills.
• Clear communication and customer partnership.
• Proactive ownership.

Requirements

• Ability to explain how you established ownership, resolved dependencies, and kept delivery moving across teams.
• Experience improving a manual or fragmented process involving testing, validation, release readiness, or customer delivery.
• Experience serving regulated customers in life sciences, financial services, or public sector is preferred.
• Understanding of software development, automated testing, APIs, integrations, and release workflows.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria, verification activities, and supporting evidence.
• Ability to turn a process into actionable Jira requirements.
• Ability to align internal teams and customer reviewers on deliverables.
• Ability to address immediate delivery needs while improving processes behind recurring problems.
