Role Description

As a Contract Senior Technical Producer, you will be the central force driving the successful execution of complex digital projects. In this role, you will lead a regional workstream—translating complex client requirements into technical execution, managing feature prioritization against firm timelines, and ensuring seamless quality assurance and visual QA across localized releases.

Responsibilities

• Client Liaison & Requirement Management:
  • Act as the primary technical intermediary between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, translating complex technical specifications into accessible, non-technical language.
  • Intake, analyze, and prioritize incoming client feature requests against engineering bandwidth, launch deadlines, and overall project roadmaps.
  • Drive concepting sessions to evaluate requested features and align on technical feasibility and delivery approaches.
• Technical Coordination & Workstream Execution:
  • Partner closely with Technical Leads and Full-Stack Developers to guide the execution of regional platform scaling, multi-layer authentication, API integrations, and external system connections.
  • Support the rollout of regional features, including geo-routing implementation and content localization setups, with an eye toward future roadmap initiatives (e.g., native mobile apps and embedded video functionality).
  • Facilitate bi-weekly release cadences, maintaining support, routine maintenance, and rolling feature updates without disrupting core platform functionality.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Perform hands-on functional testing and Visual QA (VQA) to validate that deliverables match functional specs and visual design standards prior to deployment.
  • Write clear, actionable QA tickets and track defects through resolution alongside the development team.
• Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor project financial health, including burn rate, budget forecasts, and change requests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing and reporting.
  • Follow LFL’s standard project management processes, including utilizing LFL tools & templates.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience working within a digital agency environment leading complex client-facing projects.
• Proven ability to understand, digest, and communicate technical architecture and concepts (APIs, auth layers, front-end/back-end frameworks) to guide technical solutions.
• Outstanding client-facing skills with a track record of building trust and demystifying tech specs for business stakeholders.
• Strong project management discipline to balance competing client demands, tight launch dates, and resource availability.
• Functional and visual QA experience, with a sharp eye for detail in user-facing web products.
• Experience working within agile software environments featuring fast-paced release schedules (e.g., two-week release cycles).
• Prior exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems), CMS integrations, or regional web localization is highly desirable.

Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $60.00-$75.00. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
