Role Description

This position will be worked primarily remote. Candidate must work EST business hours.

• While the role can be fully remote, LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL and would be given preference.
• The client will not cover any related travel costs for the candidate to travel onsite.
• This position can be a fully remote position; however, the client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone due to challenges with candidates working from other time zones in the past.
• Candidates MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (e.g., patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.)
• Experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing.
• Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO.
• Exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.
• Blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general.
• Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach.
• Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations.
• Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Technology driven change management experience.

Requirements

• Project Manager/Workstream Lead experience - Required - 15 Years.
• Project Management experience in a Care Case Management-related environment - Required.
• PM experience working with Application and Data Migration projects, specifically - Required.
• Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements - Required.
• Experience with data elements related to EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing - Required.
• Experience working within a PMO - Required - 10 Years.
• Experience with Scrum, Waterfall, & SAFe methodologies - Required - 5 Years.
• Experience negotiating and influencing - Required - 5 Years.
• Experience working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success - Required - 5 Years.
• Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation communication design and execution, training plan design and facilitation etc - Required - 5 Years.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) - Required.
