Role Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic UKG Full Suite or HCM Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving meaningful outcomes for our clients.

• Seek out opportunities to grow your expertise in UKG's industry-leading technology, mastering both Workforce Management and Human Capital Management solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with completing full implementations of UKG Workforce Management and/or Human Capital Management.
• Experience managing projects virtually.
• Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in USA without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• PMP Certification - Preferred.
• UKG Certified - Preferred.
• Understanding of UKG methodology/tools - Preferred.
• Experience working with customers in the Healthcare industry - Ideal.
