Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team for a client engagement with Tech Mahindra's end client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, business analysis, and project management, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for Salesforce implementation.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for Salesforce processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (BA/Administrator/PM-related) preferred.
