Role Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients organize vacation plans by:

• Researching available options
• Coordinating requested services
• Ensuring important details are clearly communicated throughout the process

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing information, researching possibilities, and staying organized in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

• Basic computer proficiency and dependable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Connect with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, vacation interests, budget, and special requests
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources
• Help coordinate selected services and keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details organized
• Provide clients with timely updates, answer routine planning questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when necessary
• Review details for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge
