Role Description
The Global Project Manager is a key role responsible for oversight and delivery of training products, their evolution and development and go to market routine. The role sits within the product team, working across 3rd party partners roadmaps as well as our own proprietary products, ensuring products are kept current against market demand and released with the right collateral to support sales.
- Project management: comfortable managing competing priorities, managing issues across the business and taking corrective action that results in products being released on time.
- Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) routine for all product releases.
- Ensure GTM collateral such as sales tools, sales pitch concepts, objection handling and customer personas are produced and deployed as part of product release.
- Drive and maintain the GK product roadmap.
- Execution and Innovation: Drive product innovation and enhancements that align with market needs and create differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders globally.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Example metrics for this role:
- Release management: adhering to an agreed release timetable of products.
- Cost management: Ensure products are developed to the agreed budgets.
- Monitor and manage the mix of 3rd party/GK IP.
- Profitability: Ensuring products meet the commercial requirements of the business.
- SKU reduction: removing the least popular products from our portfolio.
Qualifications
- Project Management Experience: able to manage competing priorities and deliver against a plan.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Effective in working with diverse teams.
- Portfolio Management Expertise: Deep experience in product lifecycle management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in learning, certification, or professional services.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies using data-driven insights.
Requirements
Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $86,000 to $108,000 annualized.

The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
