Role Description
Recast is looking for a highly motivated and delivery project manager to help us accelerate our customer onboarding and operations.
What you will do in your first 6 months:
- Coordinate priorities and staffing allocations of model-builders and data-scientists to increase throughput and help Recast onboard more customers, faster
- Build a system to forecast and plan capacity across our customer-facing service and delivery teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate sales pipeline planning with capacity planning so we can develop a hiring roadmap for our delivery teams

- You are the “planner” for your vacations with friends and family. You love building out itineraries and organizing events and activities
- You are the todo-list king / queen. You live by your calendar and your well-structured todo lists
- You are obsessed with gantt charts

Requirements
As our delivery project manager, you’ll be a member of our Customer Success team helping to coordinate customer onboarding and delivery across all of the teams that need to come together to make that happen. You’ll be balancing the requirements of various stakeholders and pushing through ambiguity to achieve the best outcomes for our customers while working under tight timelines with capacity constraints.
This will be a high-impact role with a lot of responsibility and autonomy.
