Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key utility projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed to meet goals within the established time frames and budgets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for project profitability, including contract terms, budget management, change orders, scope management, and resource allocation. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will ensure that consultants maintain the expected level of billable utilization and will drive continuous improvement in our project management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
- Advanced degrees are preferred
Requirements
- Experience with SaaS product delivery
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- MS Office suite, MS Project, Jira, Confluence
- Project budgeting, scope, and resource management
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Suite (desired)
- Experience in the Utilities sector (desired)
- Waterfall methodology experience (desired)
- Saviom or related resource allocation tool (desired)
- PowerPoint, Visio, or related presentation tools (desired)

- PMI-ACP Certification is preferred
- Scrum Master certification is also a plus
