Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Technology Operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products, overseeing customer support, and managing the installation process for low-voltage projects.
- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products.
- Communicate with customers to confirm service schedules and ensure timely installations.
- Track and update project timelines to maintain efficient operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile surveillance and low-voltage installations.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and oversee the installation of low-voltage projects, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Issue and collect customer deposits and payments in accordance with company policies.
- Track and follow up on past-due invoices, coordinating with the finance team as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation for new projects.
- Facilitate contract execution and ensure proper setup within internal systems.
- Maintain organized records of agreements, payments, and project details.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, preferably in security technology, low-voltage installations, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with mobile surveillance products and low-voltage installations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Strong accuracy in tracking project progress, financial transactions, and documentation.
- Experience using scheduling, CRM, and project management software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
