[Hiring] Project Assistant @SGS

Role Description

The Project Assistant (Part Time) will be responsible for:

• Managing the administration supporting food specification, pack copy, and artwork reviews for UK retailer clients.
• Providing the technical teams with submissions and information they need to carry out their reviews.
• Keeping inboxes, job records, trackers, and billing up to date to help account managers and technical teams deliver work within tight client timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting functions in an administrative capacity within a busy working environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence using different systems and shared inboxes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, records, and reports.
• Ability to follow processes, work independently, and escalate issues when required.
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or supplier follow-up would be an advantage.
