[Hiring] Site Project Coordinator @Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB

Role Description

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Site Project Coordinator to support an important national research programme focused on reducing maternity inequalities. You will coordinate project activities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, working with community groups, neighbourhood teams and NHS services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating local delivery of maternity disparities research work packages.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of activities in neighbourhood hubs, community settings and clinical teams.
• Scheduling meetings, training sessions, engagement events and implementation tasks.
• Supporting outreach, navigation and engagement activities with under-served communities.
• Maintaining accurate documentation: implementation logs, attendance records, data capture forms, site-level reports.
• Feeding insights back to the Theme 1 team and wider consortium.
• Monitoring small local costs (events, printing, engagement resources).
• Providing day-to-day coordination, guidance and support for community champions and local partners.
• Acting as the link between HIOW ICB and the wider NIHR Maternity Disparities Consortium.
• Supporting research and knowledge mobilisation within the ICB, working with the Strategic Research Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of coordinating projects or activities.
• Interest in health inequalities and community involvement.

Requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with community champions, healthcare professionals, women and families.
• Some travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight will be required.
