Role Description

As a Project Manager in our Global Professional Services team, you will support our Professional Services and Delivery teams by:

• Managing customer relationships
• Scoping billable projects
• Developing clear, impactful statements of work

This role requires an adaptable leader who can:

• Run complex enterprise software deployments
• Drive higher-velocity SMB rollouts

You will ensure that every tier of client experiences a world-class onboarding journey. This role is based in the UK, and the successful candidate will not be expected to work outside of UK working hours.

Qualifications

• Some experience in Project Management and IT/software and SaaS deployments
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software
• Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
• Documented success in delivering complex projects on budget and on time
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrable experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
• High proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms

Requirements

• Champion the adoption of internal AI and automation tools
• Travel domestically (up to 25%) for critical meetings
• Establish and maintain complex relationships with international stakeholders
• Define or analyze project scopes, impacts, and resource allocations
• Develop granular project plans and track progress
• Deliver precise project progress updates
• Proactively identify and resolve emerging risks
• Utilize appropriate project management systems and maintain documentation
• Methodically close projects for revenue recognition
