Role Description

The Enterprise Project/Program Management Lead Consultant is accountable for independently leading all aspects of multiple complex programs or projects with a high level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Projects may be across multiple functional areas and are of strategic importance to the organization.

Focus of this role will include Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Payments claim handling processes, vendor relationships and oversight, Decision Point management and technology enhancements.

We are seeking a PIP/Med Pay Project & Program Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you will support key strategic initiatives, including vendor management and oversight of the Mitchell Decision Point process. The ideal candidate will bring strong project and program management expertise, along with in-depth knowledge of Mitchell Decision Point. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of the decision point process from end to end, including:

• Workflow management
• Vendor coordination
• Issue resolution
• Process optimization to ensure successful program execution and business outcomes

• Manages high complexity projects independently with no support or direction from others

• Compensation offered for this role is $90,700.00 - $153,925.00 annually based on experience and qualifications
