Role Description

We're hiring a part-time, fully remote Personal Injury - Case Manager to keep injury files moving smoothly, client-ready, and deadline-safe. This role matters because steady follow-through helps clients feel supported, gives attorneys clean documentation, and protects time-sensitive dates.

• Maintaining PI files from intake through resolution
• Reporting claims and persistently following up with adjusters
• Coordinating treatment updates and spotting care gaps
• Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and itemized bills with consistent provider outreach
• Assembling demand packages (chronologies, specials, special damages summaries)
• Supporting settlement tracking and disbursement paperwork
• Calendaring critical deadlines (SOL, minors' tolling, government claims)

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish (required)
• Prior personal injury case management experience
• Clio or MyCase (or similar CMS) proficiency
• Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
• Strong client-facing written/verbal communication
• Excellent calendar and deadline management
