Role Description

This Senior Project Manager position, under minimal supervision, is accountable for leading and managing multiple strategically-focused projects simultaneously. Responsible for planning and execution in conjunction with technical leads of strategic projects within Tolmar Operations including, but not limited to, MS&T, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, while adhering to budget, scope, timeline, and manufacturing schedule requirements. Support and collaborate closely with Operational functions and manufacturing and packaging CMO’s where applicable, on projects or initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, lifecycle management, business continuity and performance, process optimizations and remediations, and technology transfers; ensuring compliance with all Tolmar’s cGMP, SOP’s, FDA, EH&S and DEA regulations.

This role will be responsible for identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, critical items, risks, and issues. The Sr Project Manager will communicate at all levels of the organization and be responsible for recognizing and engaging key stakeholders quickly and early in the process. Additionally, will help to implement project management processes and Enterprise Program Management Office’s (EPMO) methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific discipline required. Master’s preferred.
• Eight or more years Project Management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. AGILE Certifications preferred.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cGMP, GLP, QbD and QA/QC principles and practices.
• Requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in industry, Program Management, and business acumen.
• Solves complex problems with broad business impact.
• Expert knowledge of project management techniques (CPM, Gantt, PERT, etc.).
• Excellent skill in effective oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong critical thinking.
• Ability to identify and manage cross-functional and cross-project impacts.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to develop program strategies, integrated program & project plans, budgets and timelines, and tracking/reporting it to corporate management.
• Ability to work with project & portfolio management software, MS Project (advanced user), Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and spreadsheet data sources.

• Pay: $130,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience.

Working Conditions

• Working conditions are consistent with a normal office environment and/OR remotely from home office.
• Works mainly in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone.
• Periodic travel required as determined by the project.
