Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile leader with a track record of driving product delivery excellence, optimizing software development workflows, and fostering a high-performance culture. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, implementing Lean-Agile best practices, and reducing waste to accelerate value delivery. Compensation: $80,000 - 95,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential Responsibilities: Product Delivery Leadership Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to mentor and refine backlog management, discovery practices, and strategic planning. Ensure teams focus on successful delivery and continuous improvement through iterative learning cycles. Optimize workflows, identifying inefficiencies in planning, execution, and reporting to maximize throughput and impact. Cross-Team Coordination & Strategy Alignment: Lead quarterly planning within squads to ensure resources align with business objectives and OKRs. Enhance visibility into team progress and delivery impact, driving insights to support strategic decision-making. Guide teams to leverage performance metrics and delivery data to improve efficiency and value realization. Process & Framework Optimization and Coaching: Foster Agile processes, including value stream mapping, technical planning, and backlog prioritization. Facilitate Agile workshops, including inceptions, slicing sessions, kick-offs, and retrospectives, to ensure collaboration and predictability. Train and coach teams on Lean-Agile frameworks to build sustainable and scalable delivery practices and continuous improvement. Initiative Management Lead cross-team initiatives to align stakeholders, establish clear communication, and manage risks effectively. Establish and refine Agile scaling strategies across the organization through coaching, mentorship, and advocacy. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine CI/CD workflows, improve testing automation, and streamline time-to-market. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership and operational teams, to ensure smooth product rollouts, communicate progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Value Management & Metrics: Establish and manage key delivery metrics such as cycle-time, throughput, and incidents to drive product success and measure progress. Promoting Transparency: Foster open communication and involve critical business areas in product decisions. Maintain visibility and ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile product delivery, Agile Coaching, or technical program leadership within a software development environment. Requires Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). A Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of these certifications Experience working in healthcare technology, SaaS environments, or high-growth companies. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe and Lean. Experience leading teams through complex integrations and large-scale product rollouts. Expertise in backlog management, quarterly planning, and Agile portfolio management. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Agile team metrics (Cycle time, burndowns, etc.), OKRs, and performance measurement. Strong facilitation skills with a deep toolbox to lead Agile ceremonies, inceptions, slicing sessions, and planning workshops. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other Agile collaboration tools. Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving change management initiatives. Ability to foster a metrics-driven approach and create delivery dashboards for continuous improvement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
