[Hiring] Junior Creative Project Manager @Advantage HQ

Role Description

You'll be working with some of the biggest DTC brands in the USA, on creative work that actually moves business outcomes, with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows we've built in-house. And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.

We're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.

This is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role.
• Obsessive about quality, noticing typos, off-brand colors, and scripts that don't quite hit.
• Comfortable working with data and creative, viewing them as interconnected.
• Experience using AI tools in your workflow.
• Clear writing skills and careful reading abilities.
• Proactive without needing to be told what to do.
• Fluent in Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools.
• Strong written communication skills.

Requirements

• Writing creative briefs for senior review.
• Drafting and refining ad copy using AI workflows.
• Running competitor research and brand deep-dives (review mining, Reddit threads, founder interviews, etc.).
• Studying top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapting them to specific brand voices.
• QA-ing new creative against brief and brand guidelines.
• Reviewing raw footage to flag the best clips for editors.
• Keeping projects moving, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across creative, strategy, and performance teams.
