Role Description
We are looking for an Implementation Executive to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation process to successfully launch a reward and benefit platform for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarise clients with the product and implementation process and provide regular updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Create and execute an implementation plan, monitoring and amending as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Tenders, Product, Governance, Sales and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Engage clients to invest in their benefits platform from the first point of contact to drive a successful launch with maximum registration and employee usage.
- Maintain and update our CRM to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and true reporting.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the implementation are correctly executed.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across the business to ensure project success.
- Strong organisational skills to keep track of project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- A client-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and success.
The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- Short call with a member of the Talent team
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
