Role Description
We are seeking an Implementation & Integrations Manager to lead complex customer implementations, manage system integrations, and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to configure our platform, integrate with third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.), and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Gather client requirements, configure the platform, and ensure a smooth go-live.
- Train customers on best practices and system functionalities.
- Manage and optimize API-based and file-based integrations with third-party HR tech solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on system connectivity and data flow for internal teams and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with our platform capabilities.
- Develop and refine implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Stay in-the-know on industry trends, HR tech integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.
- Maintain and update our CRM to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and true reporting.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the implementation are correctly executed.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or integrations support, preferably in HR tech.
- Experience in the Employee Benefits or HR tech sector.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, SFTP, webhooks, and data mapping for HRIS and payroll systems.

The Interview Process
- Short call with a member of the Talent team.
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member.
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team.
