[Hiring] Implementation Consultant I @Neogov

Role Description

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant, an onboarding wizard to help our customers’ implementation needs with a goal to implement within 90 days. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser focused on delighting customers with information on our products and services.

• Collaborate with sales team in the development of customer Implementation Plans
• Review and understand client needs and translate those into a successful Onboarding experience
• Create customers site with purchased products and features
• Execute Onboarding plan within 90 days of customer purchase
• Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions

Requirements

• Implementation/Project Management experience is a plus
• Strong Organizational/Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eagle eye on details
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of SaaS Technology and experience with Power platforms which are a huge plus
