[Hiring] OCM Lead - SAP Retail Implementation @CTI Consulting

Role Description

This is a remote position.

CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading consumer organization to find an OCM Lead for a large-scale SAP Retail implementation. This is a remote contract role, and our client needs someone who can step into an in-flight program.

The team is rolling out SAP to run merchandising and retail operations. The OCM Lead owns the people side of that change so the business adopts the new processes at go-live.

What You'll Do

• Lead change impact assessments for merchandising, planning, pricing, and supply chain users
• Build and execute the OCM strategy across the implementation lifecycle
• Partner with functional leads to translate process changes into role-level impacts
• Own stakeholder engagement and sponsor alignment
• Develop and deliver the communications plan
• Design training approach and materials for impacted user groups
• Track readiness and adoption, and report risks to program leadership
• Drive go-live readiness and post-go-live support

Qualifications

• OCM experience delivered on SAP Retail merchandising implementations (assortment, pricing, replenishment, or article and site master), not retail industry experience alone
• Multiple full-cycle ERP implementations in an OCM role
• Proven change impact assessment and stakeholder engagement work
• Experience building training and communications for business users
• Ability to join an in-flight program and ramp quickly
• Strong executive communication and sponsor alignment
• Remote work, available immediately

Requirements

• Prosci or equivalent OCM certification
• S/4HANA Retail experience
• SAP CAR or merchandise planning exposure
• Consulting or SAP integrator background
• Large retailer or consumer goods program experience

Technical Environment

• SAP Retail (IS-Retail or S/4HANA Retail), MM, SD, FI/CO integration

What Success Looks Like

• Users on the merchandising workstream are trained and ready before go-live
• Sponsors and impacted teams are aligned on the changes
• Adoption holds after go-live
