[Hiring] Enterprise Change Management Advisor @Client Challenge

Role Description

Our direct client is seeking an Enterprise Change Management Advisor for the implementation of Workday Skills and Talent Optimization, with full enterprise rollout in January 2028.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five (5) years of change management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in enterprise project management.

Requirements

• At least seven (7) years overseeing/involvement in enterprise projects with increasing responsibilities.
• At least three (3) years of healthcare, research, or academic related environment.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification or ADKAR, upon hire.
