[Hiring] Senior Product Manager / Client Engagement Manager @Nimble Gravity

Role Description

At Nimble Gravity, we turn complex data and AI into real business outcomes. That work starts with client trust, and this role is where that trust lives.

The Client Engagement Manager owns the client relationship across a defined portfolio of engagements. You're the connective tissue between Growth, Delivery, and Solutions. You keep execution tied to what matters to the client, and you turn strong delivery into lasting partnership. You work at two altitudes: running executive relationships while staying close enough to the work to see risk before it lands.

What you'll do

• Own the relationship.
• Build long-term partnerships grounded in honesty and business acumen.
• Show up with a point of view on what the client needs, what success looks like, and what needs to be said.
• Start with the real problem.
• Co-discover with clients instead of anchoring on an early diagnosis.
• Frame every engagement around business impact: revenue, cost, margin, risk, speed.
• Drive expansion.
• Spot and shape new opportunities inside your accounts.
• Work with Growth Managing Principals on account plans built on delivery reality and client trust.
• Bring a product mindset to this, turning what you learn in delivery into new offerings and repeatable plays.
• Protect delivery health.
• Track satisfaction and risk early.
• Raise tradeoffs and concerns before they become urgent, and know when to bring in senior leadership.
• Stay close to the work.
• Sprint planning, backlog refinement, client reviews.
• This tactical work is real, and doing it well keeps the strategic work credible.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in client-facing roles with clear ownership of relationships, delivery, and account growth.
• A path that has moved through business analysis, product ownership, or program leadership into product management, strategy, or growth.
• Hands-on delivery experience on client projects across industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, or software.
• Experience in technology, data, or AI consulting (strongly preferred), including time as a consultant or process analyst.
• A track record of launching or owning service offerings, platforms, or accelerators, and taking them to market through marketing, sales, or partner channels.
• Business development experience: you're comfortable opening doors, shaping an opportunity, and working with a sales team to close it.
• The instinct to know when to engage, how to frame a difficult conversation, and how to talk with executives (English C1 required).
• Comfort running engagements day to day while forming a view on where the account is heading.
• A history of working across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to create seamless client experiences.

Requirements

• Bonus: Background in data science, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Prior people management in client-facing roles.
• Experience with demand generation or strategic investment decisions, such as deciding where to place bets across channels and offerings.
