[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @LeagueApps

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own one of the most critical areas of the LeagueApps platform.

• Operate as the business owner for your product area.
• Develop a clear point of view on investment areas, understanding the economics behind choices.
• Lead a cross-functional squad across Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and company leadership.
• Run a product area like it is your business.

What You’ll Do

• Own the business and product strategy for your area.
• Develop a clear strategy for how your product area creates value for customers and LeagueApps.
• Understand the customer deeply by engaging with club directors, league operators, coaches, and families.
• Make investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and strategic importance.
• Drive commercial outcomes by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
• Own outcomes from strategy through results, establishing clear measures of success.
• Lead an empowered product trio with Engineering and Design counterparts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among various teams.
• Drive successful go-to-market and adoption strategies.
• Bring an external perspective by understanding the sports technology and SaaS landscape.
• Connect the end-to-end LeagueApps experience across customer lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $190,000-$225,000
