[Hiring] Senior Product Manager @KOHO

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join KOHO’s Growth team. You’ll lead a dedicated growth pod focused on one of our highest-leverage problems: either converting more registered users into active customers, or building product-led channels that acquire users through the product itself.

This is a metrics-driven role with clear ownership and real P&L impact. You’ll run experiments at high velocity, own a specific set of growth KPIs, and work within a cross-functional pod (engineering, design, data) to move them. You won’t be maintaining a feature backlog — you’ll be solving growth problems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, activation, acquisition, or product-led growth at a consumer or fintech company.
• Track record of moving growth metrics — whether that’s conversion funnels, referral programs, onboarding flows, or acquisition loops.
• Deeply data-driven.
• High experiment velocity.
• Cross-functional leader.
• Strong strategic communicator.
• AI-native.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a Canadian fintech or a regulated financial services company.
• Familiarity with product analytics, martech, and BI tools.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Eppo, Optimizely, or similar) and experiment governance.
• Background in behavioural economics, incentive design, or conversion optimization.
• Experience with fintech onboarding and KYC optimization.
• Experience building product-led acquisition at scale.

Salary

The budgeted salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 CAD / year .
