Role Description

The Product Owner (Delivery) translates the Product Roadmap into well-defined features and ensures they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. Working closely with the Product Manager, this role owns the day-to-day execution of product delivery, including:

• Backlog prioritization
• User story definition
• Sprint planning
• Release coordination
• Delivery quality

This role focuses on delivering product features aligned with the Product Roadmap, rather than managing customer contract commitments or sales-driven scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within a software product team, preferably in SaaS or platform environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing a Product Backlog.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, testing, and release.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong communication in English and Native in Thai.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
• Experience developing AI chatbots, conversational AI, LLM-based applications, or AI agent products.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or platform products serving multiple enterprise customers.
• Experience using product analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing to inform decisions.
• Understanding of security and personal data protection requirements, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Key Collaborators

• Product Manager: Aligns on Roadmap objectives, priorities, success metrics, and delivery trade-offs.
• Engineering Lead and Development Team: Coordinates sprint planning, implementation decisions, and release execution.
• UX/UI Designer: Ensures designs and user requirements are ready for development.
• QA Team: Defines test scenarios, validates acceptance criteria, and manages defect resolution.
• Platform Team: Coordinates release readiness, environments, and deployments.
• Support, Delivery, and Sales Teams: Facilitates feature knowledge transfer and incorporates customer and user feedback into the Product Backlog.
